Carrier Perks (getcarrierperks.com) is a free directory of discounts for postal workers, federal employees, and veterans, run by Jeremy Mahoney in Chillicothe, Ohio. This page explains, in plain English, what information the site collects and what happens to it. Short version: very little, and we never sell it.

No accounts, no cookies from us

You don't need an account to use Carrier Perks, and the site itself doesn't set cookies.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It's cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data. We only see totals: page views, which pages are popular, referring sites (like Facebook or X), and general country and device type. We can't identify you from it.

The newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, the only thing we ask for is your email address. The newsletter runs on beehiiv, which stores and processes your email under beehiiv's privacy policy. We use your email only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave any time. We never sell, rent, or trade email addresses.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel handles basic technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) to deliver pages and keep the site secure, under Vercel's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Perks link to retailers, verification services, and official sources. Some links may be affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click through, those sites and affiliate partners may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. We don't control them, so check their policies too.

Children

Carrier Perks is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up for the newsletter, contact us and we'll remove the address.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the “Last updated” date above.
